The House

Location

Kavera Beach House is less than 50 metres from the beautiful white sands of Kavera beach and lagoon. Situated 7.6  kilometre South of the Airport. The property is easy to find with parking onsite. There is direct access to the beach. Shops, transport and tourist attractions are all within short walking distance.

The property is set on a flat quarter acre site, fully fenced for privacy, providing a secure sanctuary among the tropical garden setting, complete with an outdoor shower under the old bread fruit tree which leads to a gateway to the beach.

House Amenities

The house has a covered veranda, with comfortable lounges, a barbeque and outdoor dining area, which provide the best of indoor outdoor island living and flow.

There is a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, gas cookers and a modern oven. There is a food processor blender and ninja bullet; great for smoothies or cocktails using the delicious local fruits. We provide a welcome pack and fresh drinking water for your arrival. You will also find basic pantry items and spices to ensure those little extras are on hand.

Tea lights and mosquito coils are also provided. There is the indoor dining area for the cooler evenings and intimate dining. Wi-Fi is available on site, and there is a Smart TV, Blu Ray DVD, and blue tooth speaker system in the comfortable indoor lounge area.

The laundry has a large washing machine and dryer with laundry powder provided. Ample towels and linen, bathroom amenities and basic first aid kit are also provided .The house has been set up specifically for comfortable and relaxed island holiday living
